These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Plotap(the “Service”). By creating an account or installing the widget, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Plotap provides an embeddable widget that returns AI-generated explanations of text selected by visitors on your website, plus a dashboard to configure it and view usage.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and public site keys reasonably protected. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or origin allow-lists, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Don’t install the widget on sites containing unlawful content or use it to process sensitive personal data you are not authorized to handle.
• Don’t resell or white-label the Service except under a plan that permits it.

4. AI output

Explanations are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general understanding only and must not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for how explanations appear to your visitors.

5. Plans, billing, and quotas

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage is subject to the quotas and limits of your plan; exceeding them may result in throttling until the next period or an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your website content and configuration. You grant us a limited license to process selected text and configuration solely to operate the Service.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plotap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
