Plotap is a tiny widget with one job: when someone highlights text they don't understand, explain it, instantly, right there.
The web assumes everyone already knows the jargon, the acronym, the legal phrase. Most people don’t, and they shouldn’t have to leave your page to find out.
So we built the missing button. Publishers put it on articles, dev teams on docs, course creators on lessons, stores on product pages. The reader highlights, the AI explains, the reading continues. That’s it, and that’s the point.

Confusion is a leak
Every sentence a reader doesn't understand is a place they might leave. Docs get abandoned, carts get dropped, lessons get skipped. We exist to plug that leak.

Opening a new tab to search means losing your place, your focus, and often the page itself. Highlight, understand, keep reading: that's the whole loop.
